Three things are certain in this life: death, taxes and change. After nearly ten years in business, the Rack Attack in West Mount Vernon has changed its name to Racks and Beyond.
What started out in 1996 as a business that specialized in recreational vehicle rack systems has literally grown up and 'beyond' racks. The business specializes in so much more
that a name change seemed appropriate. Racks and Beyond still carries the best selection in its flagship recreational vehicle racks for bikes, skis, snowboards, kayaks and canoes.
But the line of racks has grown tremendously in the commercial department as well, fitting all makes and models of commercial trucks and vans for industrial uses. Racks and Beyond
also carries a huge selection of roof-top cargo boxes, receiver hitches, car and truck accessories, vinyl decals and even wheelchair carriers. One thing that hasn't changed are
the store's owner/operators, Shaun and Wendy Goodman, who hope Racks and Beyond will attract more customers who want Adventures in Auto Apparel.
